Since the 70s, ProDelta has had its own management company called ProDelta Management B.V.. To meet the constant demand for a more comprehensive service, we manage real estate in the Netherlands and Belgium for third parties. An example of this is the former RDM property in Rotterdam. The property covers about 45 hectares of land and water and about 150,000 m˛ of buildings. ProDelta Management B.V. manages this property for the Rotterdam Dock Industry.
 
ProDelta Management manages about 500,000 m˛ of corporate buildings situated on a total of roughly 120 hectares of land. By managing diverse projects, ProDelta Management distinguishes itself from the current market. Solution-oriented thinking, a hands-on mentality and actively working “with and for” our lessees are paramount.

Together with our lessees, ProDelta Management strives to anticipate the increasingly rapid changes (e.g. in the fields of technical management, the environment, shrinking and growth of the lessees' businesses etc.) in the market. Our lessees are our “companions in business.” Thus, ProDelta Management will make every effort to sustain good leasing relations. All the activities of ProDelta Management are geared towards the maintenance of the property and its increased lettability.
 
In addition to relations management, ProDelta Management has been using an extensive Park Management System for its large projects for quite some time now. ProDelta Management also takes care of the following:

- marketing and leasing vacant spaces;
- maintaining and cleaning the properties;
- central security and anti-slip measures;
- the environmental permit (via its own environment expert);
- the central purchase of utilities;
- full financial administration of the property;
- technical maintenance and renovations of the buildings;
 
In addition, various market parties call in ProDelta Management as a consultant for various real estate issues and acquisitions of new real estate projects geared towards sustainable development.
